Nº01 / The briefFor nonprofits and churches

What your site actually needs to do.

  • 01

Online giving runs through a platform that keeps a cut of every gift and puts someone else’s brand in front of the donor at the moment they give.

  • 02

Service times, event details, and the volunteer signup live in a Facebook post, a PDF bulletin, and a group text, and none of them agree with each other.

  • 03

Funders and first-time visitors read the site before they decide anything, and a page that has not changed since the last pastor or director left tells them the organization stopped too.

What we build for nonprofits and churches.

  • Giving page with low-fee processing. One-time and recurring gifts, designated funds, text-to-give, and an automatic receipt, with the donor staying on your domain the whole time.
  • Times and events that update themselves. Service times, program hours, and a calendar you edit from your phone, published once and fed to Google so the knowledge panel matches the sign out front.
  • Volunteer signup and follow-up. A short form by role, a confirmation text, and a reminder before the shift, so the coordinator stops chasing people the night before.
  • Sermon and program archive. Audio, video, and notes filed by series and date, searchable, with a podcast feed if you want one.
  • Donor automation. A thank-you within the hour, year-end statements, a nudge to donors who have gone quiet, and a monthly report of who gave and through which page.
  • Google Ad Grant setup. Eligibility check, the application, and campaigns built to keep the account in good standing, reported in gifts and signups rather than clicks.

A church or nonprofit site has three visitors: the person deciding whether to come, the person deciding whether to give, and the funder deciding whether to renew. The site has to answer each of them in the first screen. When and where, how to give, and what the money did last year.

Giving comes first because it pays for everything else. We set up a giving page on your own domain with low-fee card and bank processing, recurring gifts, designated funds, and text-to-give, and the receipt goes out by itself. Service times, program hours, and events sit in one calendar you edit from a phone, and the same calendar feeds Google, so the panel that appears when someone searches your name is never a year behind.

Then the pages people come back for. A sermon or program archive filed by date and series. A volunteer page with signup by role and a reminder text before the shift. A newsletter and text list people can join in one tap. Program pages written the way a program officer reads them: who it serves, what it costs, what it produced. Where your congregation or community lives in Spanish, Korean, Armenian, Khmer, or Arabic, the key pages exist in that language too, and the whole site meets accessibility standards, because a member with low vision or a screen reader is a member.

Underneath, the search layer: your Google Business Profile set up as a place of worship or a nonprofit with the right categories, Organization and Event schema so services and events show in search, and, for eligible 501(c)(3) organizations, the Google Ad Grant, which funds search ads at no cost to you and which most small nonprofits never claim because nobody set it up.

The same build two ways. Lease it at $500 down and $49 a month and we host and maintain it, or own it from $1,500. Standard covers up to five pages, the giving page, service times and events, a volunteer form, and your listing setup. Signature is $1,500 down and $99 a month, or from $2,500 to own, and adds the sermon archive, donor automation, and bilingual sections. The domain is registered to your organization either way. If you own the site, care plans run $25, $49, or $99 a month.
