Nº01 / The briefFor plumbers

What your site actually needs to do.

  • 01

Emergency calls come in at all hours. Your site needs a click-to-call button that works from a job site, not a desktop-only contact form.

  • 02

Homeowners want to see your license and insurance before they let you in the door.

  • 03

People search "plumber near me" and want to see their city on your site before they call.

What we build for plumbers.

  • Tap-to-call that stays on screen, with after-hours routing
  • Service pages for repipes, water heaters, sewer lines and drains
  • License and insurance shown where homeowners look, linked to the CSLB
  • Missed-call text back and review requests by text
  • City pages for every town you roll trucks to
  • An AI receptionist that books the 2am emergency

A plumbing website has one job: turn a panicked search into a phone call in under ten seconds. The person searching has water on the floor. They need your number, your service area, and proof you are licensed, visible without scrolling.

So the site leads with a tap-to-call button that stays on screen, your C-36 license number in the header area, and a plain list of the cities you serve. Emergency hours go under the phone number. If you charge a dispatch fee, we say so, because surprise fees generate one-star reviews.

Below that, service pages for repipes, water heaters, sewer lines, and drain cleaning answer the questions homeowners type into Google. A reviews section pulls your Google reviews onto the page, and a photo section shows your trucks and your crew.

We also wire the parts that win rankings: LocalBusiness schema, a Google Business Profile that matches the site, and separate city pages so you show up in the towns you drive to, not just the one where your shop sits.

A build for this trade.

A shop sign, not a brochure. The phone number is the largest element on the page, on a full-width safety-yellow band with no photo above it. Two written guarantees, a 14-city dispatch board, and a job book instead of star ratings.

Two ways to pay for the same build. Lease it at $500 down and $49 a month and we host and maintain it, or own it outright from $1,500. Standard covers up to five pages, your service area, a tap-to-call setup, and your Google reviews on the page. Signature is $1,500 down and $99 a month, or from $2,500 to own, and adds things like review request texts and payment links. Your domain is registered to you on either path. If you own the site, care plans run $25, $49, or $99 a month, or $240, $470, or $950 a year, and the first month is included.
