What your site actually needs to do.

  • 01

Intake happens on paper. Vaccination records arrive as a photo in a text, get lost, and the front desk asks for them again at drop-off with a leash in one hand.

  • 02

The book fills through the phone. Recurring grooms and daycare days that should rebook themselves get rebooked one call at a time, and every missed call becomes a Rover booking instead.

  • 03

Owners want proof. A report card, a photo, a pickup text. Without it, the first bad day online is a one-star review about a dog who seemed sad.

What we build for pet care.

  • Booking with intake. The first booking collects the pet’s profile, breed and size, temperament notes, and vaccination records, and stores them for every visit after.
  • Recurring appointments. Every six weeks for the groom, every Tuesday and Thursday for daycare, booked once and confirmed by text each time.
  • Pickup and report card texts. A drop-off confirmation, a photo during the day, and a ready-for-pickup text, sent from the front desk in two taps.
  • Pricing by size and breed. A price table that treats a Yorkie and a doodle differently, so the quote on the site is the quote at the counter.
  • Capacity and waitlists. Daycare and boarding show open spots, holidays fill by waitlist, and an expired vaccine blocks a booking before it becomes a problem at the door.
  • Search pages by service and city. Grooming, daycare, boarding, walking, and training, each written to rank where you are, and a Google Business Profile that matches.

A pet care website has to take the intake before the owner ever calls. The pet’s name, breed, size, temperament notes, and vaccination records, collected once on the first booking and stored for every visit after, so the front desk sees the profile before the dog is on the leash. That one change removes most of the phone calls a groomer or a daycare takes in a day.

Then the booking itself: recurring grooms every six weeks, daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays, boarding over the holidays with a deposit and a waitlist, and prices by size and breed that match what the counter charges. The software you run, Gingr, MoeGo, PetExec, Pawfinity, or a paper book, stays, and the site sits on top of it.

Owners want proof. A drop-off confirmation, a photo during the day, a report card at pickup, and a ready-for-pickup text, sent from the front desk in two taps, are what turn a first visit into a standing booking and a five-star review. The review request goes out the evening after.

Underneath: a page per service, grooming, daycare, boarding, walking, training, and for a clinic a page for routine care and a plain statement of the after-hours plan. Then a page per city or neighborhood you serve, the animal control agency and the permits named, schema, and a Google Business Profile that matches. That is what puts an independent next to Dogtopia and PetSmart in the results.
