Nº01 / The briefFor cleaning services

What your site actually needs to do.

  • 01

Every lead starts with “how much,” and answering it takes a phone call you cannot make while a crew is mid-job. The lead books someone who answered.

  • 02

Recurring customers drift. A missed week, a no-show, a crew change nobody explained, and a client worth a year of Thursdays quietly moves to a franchise.

  • 03

A homeowner is handing a stranger a key. Without proof you are bonded and insured, and reviews they can read, they do not hand it over.

What we build for cleaning services.

  • Instant quote by rooms and square footage. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, and the service type produce a range on the spot and text you the lead.
  • Recurring scheduling. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly slots booked once, with the next visit on the customer’s calendar and yours.
  • Crew reminders and confirmations. The customer gets a confirmation the day before and an on-the-way text the morning of, in English or Spanish.
  • Bonded and insured, on the page. Your bond, liability policy, and any Labor Commissioner registration shown where a homeowner looks for it.
  • Turnover and commercial pages. Short-term rental hosts and property managers get their own page, their own pricing logic, and their own contact route.
  • Review requests after every visit. A text with the review link the hour a job ends, and the reviews shown on the site the day they land.

A cleaning company sells trust and a number. The site has to give both before the phone rings. The quote form asks for bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and whether it is a one-time, recurring, or move-out job, and it shows a range on the spot. That range texts you as a lead, and the customer who got an answer at 9pm is the one who books.

Then the trust. Cleaning is the one trade where the customer hands over a house key to someone they have never met. Your bond and liability insurance sit on the first screen. If you employ janitorial crews, the state’s Property Service Workers Protection Act registration goes there too. Reviews pull in live, with names and dates, and crew photos show the people who will be in the house.

Recurring work is the business, and keeping it is the job of the automations. Confirmations go out the day before, an on-the-way text the morning of, a review request when the crew leaves. A missed visit or a reschedule is a text, not a voicemail. Short-term rental turnovers, commercial janitorial contracts, and post-construction cleans each get their own page so the host, the property manager, and the contractor each land where they belong.

Under it all sits the search layer. House cleaning, move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and commercial janitorial pages written for your city, a Google Business Profile with the right categories and service areas, and structure a crawler and an AI assistant can both read. When someone asks where to find a cleaner in your neighborhood, the answer is your page.
