Everything people ask.
The general questions first, then the three we get on each of the seven services. If yours is not here, call and ask it.
Building, paying, owning.
No. We build it first and show it to you live. If it is not right, you walk away owing nothing.
Same site either way. Leasing is $500 down and $49/mo, which covers hosting, maintenance, and edits, and the site stays up while you are subscribed. Owning is from $1,500 once and it is yours. Both include up to 5 pages, your domain, Google Business and Search Console setup, and 2 revision rounds. More pages or custom work costs more, quoted before we start.
Same day in most cases. The site already exists when we first talk, so once you approve it we launch.
Depends how you pay. Buy it outright and it is yours, and we hand everything over cleanly if you move on. Lease it and we own the build and keep it running while you are subscribed, and it comes down if you stop. You own your domain either way.
The site comes down at the end of the billing period. You keep your domain, your content, and your Google Business Profile. If you want to keep the site, you can buy it out at any point.
Yes, any time. Your deposit comes off the purchase price, so the buyout is $1,000 from either tier: $500 plus $1,000 on Standard, $1,500 plus $1,000 on Signature. Monthly payments cover hosting and maintenance, so they do not reduce the buyout.
It covers your whole web presence, not just the site: Yelp, Bing Places, and Apple Maps listings, review request automation, online payments, custom features for your business, and 30 days of priority support.
Sometimes, depending on the project. Ask us on the call.
If you own the build, your first month of care is included and it is optional after that. On a lease, hosting and maintenance are already inside the monthly, so there is nothing to add.
Yes, anytime. It stays up through the end of the billing period, and we will help you move your hosting and files.
We can rebuild it, refresh what you have, or just fill the gaps: SEO setup, Google Business, a booking form.
Yes: product pages, a cart, and Stripe checkout. E-commerce is custom-scoped, so we quote it after a call.
Greater Los Angeles for in-person demos, anywhere else over video call.
Yes. Buy it outright any time for $1,000 and your deposit counts toward it.
Asked on each line item.
Your business name and what you do. We find the rest, build it, and show you. Anything we got wrong you correct on the call.
Up to 5 in a Standard build. More pages or custom features are quoted before we start, never after.
Yes. We can rebuild it, refresh what is there, or fill the gaps: indexing, Google Business, a booking form.
Because the work is the feature list. A booking flow and a client portal with payments are not the same job, so we scope it first and quote it once.
It runs in the browser and installs to the home screen if you want it to. That skips the app stores, their review times and their cut.
Usually. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square, Stripe, Calendly and Google Calendar all have connections we have wired before.
No. We forward your existing number so the caller ID your customers know stays the one they see.
You write them with us on the setup call, and you can change them any time. They go out in your voice, not a template.
Tell us and it is off the same day. Nothing here is on a contract term.
Some will and some will not. It says it is an assistant if asked, and it hands off to you on anything it cannot answer.
$299/mo covers the line and the usage for a normal local call volume. If you run far above that we tell you before it costs you anything.
It quotes the prices you give it. It does not take card details over the phone; it sends a payment link instead.
Names for the same shift: being the source an AI answer quotes instead of the tenth blue link. The work is one plan, not four line items.
Indexing in days, local rankings usually in weeks, competitive terms in months. Anyone promising page one in a week is selling something else.
No. We write it and send it to you before it goes live.
It is included in every Sitesmith build. This is for sites we did not build, where nobody ever set it up.
A week, most of which is waiting on Google to crawl. The setup itself is a day.
Yes. They are created on your Google and Microsoft accounts, and we are added as a user you can remove.
You do, directly. Your account sits under our manager account with your own card on it, so the spend and the history stay yours.
For most local trades, around $1,000 a month in ad spend. Below that the data comes in too slowly to steer.
We stop it. Management is monthly, and a campaign that is not paying for itself gets paused rather than defended.
