What your site actually needs to do.

  • 01

Custom cake orders arrive by DM, text and voicemail, and the deposit arrives whenever it arrives. One missed message is a wasted cake or an empty Saturday.

  • 02

Instagram brings people to the door, but a bio link is not a menu, not today’s hours, and not a way to order ahead.

  • 03

The morning rush and the phone happen at the same time. Every call that rings out during the 8am line is an order nobody took.

What we build for cafes and bakeries.

  • Pre-order and pickup: the morning coffee or the dozen for the office ordered on your own page, paid ahead, and picked up at the counter without the line.
  • Cake and catering orders with deposits: a form that asks size, flavor, date, inscription and a reference photo, and takes the deposit before the order exists.
  • Seasonal menu that changes in one edit: the mango, the pumpkin, the holiday box, each as real text Google can read instead of a new flyer.
  • Loyalty in the browser: a punch card that lives on the phone your regulars already carry, with no app to install and no monthly per-location fee.
  • Wholesale and account inquiries: a separate page for restaurants, offices and other cafes that buy your bread, pastry or beans by the case.
  • AI receptionist for the rush: answers the cake call at 8am, takes the details, texts you the summary, and sends the deposit link for you to confirm.

A cafe or bakery website works in two moments. The first is 7:40am, when someone three blocks away wants to know if you are open and whether they can order ahead. The second is a Tuesday night, when someone needs a cake for Saturday and wants to know what it costs, what it looks like, and how to lock it in. The first screen serves both: hours that are right, an order-ahead button, and a cake or catering button.

The menu is real text, not a photo of the chalkboard. Coffee, tea, boba, pastry and the seasonal specials each live on the page with prices, so a search for a specific drink or a specific pastry can land on you and a price change is one edit from your phone. When the seasonal menu flips, the page flips with it, and the Google listing follows.

Then the orders that carry the month. Custom cakes, dessert tables, office pastry boxes and catering trays get a form that asks everything you need before you reply: size or headcount, flavor, date, inscription, a photo reference, pickup or delivery. It takes the deposit by card and confirms by text, so the order exists and is paid before you buy butter. Wholesale gets its own page and its own form. Loyalty runs in the browser, no app, no punch card in a drawer.

Underneath sits the search layer. A Google Business Profile that matches the site with the same hours and menu, bakery and cafe schema so results show what you sell, reviews pulled onto the page and requested by text after a pickup, and a link from Instagram that opens the menu instead of a list of links. Neighborhood pages for the blocks you deliver cakes to, and a landing page for the holiday that sells out every year.

One build, two ways to pay. Lease it at $500 down and $49 a month with hosting and upkeep on us, or own it outright from $1,500. Standard covers up to five pages: the menu as text, hours, a cake or catering order form with deposits, and your Google reviews on the page. Signature is $1,500 down and $99 a month, or from $2,500 to own, and adds pre-order and pickup, browser loyalty, and wholesale account pages. Your domain is registered to you on either path. If you own the site, care plans are $25, $49 or $99 a month, with the first month included.
