How Irvine hires.

Irvine is thick with dentists, in the planned centers at Woodbridge, Northwood and Quail Hill, in the medical buildings along Sand Canyon near Hoag Irvine and Kaiser, and in the Irvine Business Complex by the airport. The corporate chains are headquartered here and their offices sit in the same centers.

Patients are professionals with employer PPOs, UCI faculty and students, and families booking pediatric and orthodontic care on the Irvine Unified calendar. A large share speak Korean, Mandarin or Farsi at home. They research, compare and book online, and they search by village name.

Knowing Irvine

Irvine was drawn before it was built: villages instead of neighborhoods, association standards instead of streetscape variety, and commercial life gathered into planned centers along Culver, Jamboree, and Alton rather than strung along old boulevards. Residents describe where they live by village name, and search that way too.

Village HOAs govern most exterior decisions, the city’s development services handle permits with famous thoroughness, and the Irvine Company’s planning legacy touches nearly every parcel. The population skews toward professionals and university families who research before making contact.

Irvine keeps growing on its northern edge, where the Great Park villages add thousands of new homes and customers with no existing relationships with local service businesses. Those households pick their first plumber, painter, and agent from scratch, almost entirely online.

Areas we cover

Woodbridge, Northwood, University Park, Turtle Rock, Westpark, Great Park, Quail Hill, Portola Springs.

Irvine is master-planned village by village, so nearly every exterior decision runs through an HOA and its published standards.

What your site actually needs to do.

  • 01

The front desk is with a patient when the new-patient call comes in. The caller does not leave a voicemail. They call the next office on the map.

  • 02

Insurance questions kill bookings. A site that says "we accept most PPOs" forces the patient to call and ask, and most of them do not.

  • 03

Western Dental, Pacific Dental Services and Smile Brands run offices on every major corridor with same-week openings and ad budgets to match. A one-page site with a stock smile cannot explain why a patient should choose you instead.

What we build for dentists.

  • New-patient booking page. One tap to a real calendar slot, with intake forms sent by text before the visit so the first appointment starts on time.
  • Insurance and financing pages. Every PPO you take by name, whether you see Medi-Cal Dental patients, and your financing terms stated plainly, so nobody has to call to ask.
  • Treatment menu with posted prices. Exams, cleanings, crowns, implants and clear aligners each on their own page, with a starting price wherever you are willing to post one.
  • Recall reminders by text. Six-month recalls, unfinished treatment plans and lapsed patients get a text with a rebooking link, without the front desk typing it.
  • AI receptionist. Answers after hours and during procedures, quotes the fees you give it, books the consultation into your schedule and texts the front desk a summary.
  • Search and reviews. A Google Business Profile that matches the site, a review request after every visit, and treatment pages written to answer the questions patients type into Google and ask assistants.

What that looks like in Irvine.

Irvine families run on the school calendar. Orthodontic consults, sealants and cleanings cluster in June and August around the Irvine Unified break, and parents book a whole family in one sitting. A family booking flow and a pediatric page written for the village the family lives in reach that parent at 10pm.

Korean, Mandarin and Farsi are spoken at home across Irvine, from the plazas along Culver and Jeffrey to the villages around the Great Park. A practice whose doctor or desk speaks any of them should say so in the header, because the language search is how a large share of the city finds a dentist.

The chains offer speed. An independent Irvine practice offers the same dentist every visit, a Dental Board of California license linked for lookup, credentials laid out for a patient who reads them, and a treatment menu with posted starting prices for implants and aligners. That is the argument, and the site makes it on the first screen.

By being specific. Pages that name the villages you draw from, the languages you speak, the plans you take and the treatments you post prices for rank for the searches those villages actually make. A Google Business Profile matched to the site and reviews requested after every visit keep the map pack honest.
